Yacht Inflatable Dock Company for NautiBuoy, SeaRaft and Yachtbeach
Mercer Yachting is a Mediterranean yacht inflatable dock supplier and a division of Ritz Marine Ltd, the dealer NautiBuoy Marine lists for Malta and Sicily on its own reseller network. We supply the three European builders at the core of the superyacht inflatables segment: NautiBuoy Marine, SeaRaft and Yachtbeach, plus FoilDock and FunAir for specialist briefs.
The three houses split cleanly. Yachtbeach, a division of Point of Sports GmbH in Germany, builds modular platforms from 2.05 m to 8.20 m with its 12-point handle connection system. NautiBuoy Marine platforms are British designed by ex-superyacht crew, hand crafted in Europe, and link together with the patent-pending Air Toggle system. SeaRaft, part of Airgroup Industries BV in Nijmegen alongside sister brand NautiBuoy, engineers fully custom platforms around one specific vessel.
Captains and management companies use one yacht inflatable dock company for the whole job: brand selection, sizing, order placement, Mediterranean delivery and after-sales service. That's the desk we run. Send vessel particulars to the contact desk and we scope the right brand, platform family and configuration for your yacht.
Our Platform Collection
How the Inflatable Dock Suppliers Compare
Five brands cover the superyacht inflatable dock market. The right one for your yacht is a function of build model (off-the-shelf vs bespoke) and lead time. Mercer supplies all five.
| Brand | HQ | Build model | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| NautiBuoy Marine | UK | Bespoke + semi-stock | Mid-large yachts wanting modular sea pools, eFoil docks, multi-purpose; "air toggle" connection system |
| Searaft | Netherlands | PL375 – PL800; custom builds available | Fully yacht-fit niche layouts; rapid 5-minute setup; Mercer is the exclusive Malta dealer |
| FunAir | n/a | Bespoke yacht-fit | Beach Club Sea Pool (9.2 × 5.5 m, approx. 180 kg) with a FunSize variant; pricing on enquiry |
| Yachtbeach | Germany (Bavaria) | Semi-stock + custom | Charter fleets and faster lead times; standardised 2.05–8.20m platforms; patented 12-point handle connection (L/T/O configs) |
| FoilDock | UK | Stock + semi-custom | eFoil and jetboard launch/recovery specialists; slotted U-channel mast cradle |
Supply & Sourcing: NautiBuoy, SeaRaft and Yachtbeach
One purchase order, three factories. We hold direct lines into each builder, so a captain or management company sends one spec and gets one quote, one delivery plan and one point of accountability.
NautiBuoy Marine: Modular Platforms, Docks and Sea Pools
NautiBuoy builds two platform series, Voyager and Sport, in four sizes, all 20 cm deep dropstitch with a choice of Teak-effect PE foam (UV tested for 3,000 hours, heat resistant to 110°C) or non-skid Diamond German PVC decks. Units link end-to-end, side-by-side, in L-shapes or as a jet-ski dock through the patent-pending Air Toggle system. The wider range covers the SeaPool 400 (4 x 4 m) and SeaPool 600 (6 x 4 m, 5 m interior) netted sea pools, the J-Dock double bay jet ski dock, the C-Dock Seabob dock (compatible with F5 and F5S Seabobs, introduced after the brand won the international DAME design and innovation award), the E-Foil Dock, the C-Shade floating canopy and transom steps for 800-size platforms.
NautiBuoy states it keeps a large range of platforms and accessories in stock and ready to ship, which makes it the fast option for in-season orders. Mercer's parent company Ritz Marine Ltd is the dealer NautiBuoy lists for Malta and Sicily. Browse the full range on our NautiBuoy Marine page.
SeaRaft: Fully Custom Platforms Engineered Around One Vessel
SeaRaft sits in the same group as NautiBuoy (Airgroup Industries BV, Nijmegen, building since 2011) but serves the opposite brief. In the group's own words, NautiBuoy offers a modular system that adapts to different vessels, while SeaRaft delivers a fully custom platform engineered specifically around one vessel. There are no fixed model sizes: platforms, seapools, jet ski docking, Seabob docking, eFoil docking and Airsteps are built in any desired size, set up within 5 minutes, engineered in the Netherlands, handbuilt in Europe and shipped worldwide.
Start with the SeaRaft platform page, or go straight to the jet ski dock, SeaPool or eFoil dock.
Yachtbeach: Standardised Modular Platforms, Pools and Slides
Yachtbeach, a division of Point of Sports GmbH in Germany, is the standardised modular play: Premium Teak platforms in 2.05, 3.08, 4.10, 6.16 and 8.20 sizes, Classic, Luxury and Superior pools, single and double jet ski docks, foil docks, MagicSlides and pavilions, all made in Europe. Units combine into L-shape, T-shape and H-shape layouts through the 10-point/12-point handle connection system, and the synthetic leather Comfort Top is non-slip, UV and saltwater resistant, replaceable and can be personalised with your logo.
Pricing is transparent: the Platform 4.10 Premium Teak retails at €2,839, the 6.16 at €4,199 and the 8.20 at €5,779. See the full line-up on our Yachtbeach page.
Sizing Guidance: Match the Platform to the Yacht
Size against three numbers: guest count on the platform, maximum load, and where the deflated unit stows. NautiBuoy's published specs are the cleanest reference set in the segment.
| NautiBuoy size | Users | Max load | Weight out of bag |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2.5 x 1.5 m | 3 | 410 kg | 20 kg |
| 3.5 x 1.5 m | 4 | 480 kg | 26 kg |
| 4.5 x 1.5 m | 5 | 600 kg | 31 kg |
| 4 x 2 m | 5 | 700 kg | 42 kg |
All four NautiBuoy sizes are 20 cm deep and inflate to 250 mb in 1 minute 30 seconds to 3 minutes 30 seconds. As deck-area references from NautiBuoy's own case studies: 3.75 m² of platform suits a 14.02 m Bavaria 46, 6.75 m² suits an 11.8 m Atlantis 39 Open, a 12 m² jet-ski dock suits a 40 m motoryacht, and a 22.75 m² jet-ski dock plus watersports platform suits a 50 m motoryacht.
On the Yachtbeach side, platforms run from 2.05 m to 8.20 m; the Platform 4.10 Premium Teak measures 410 x 205 cm, weighs about 42.2 kg including its bag and packs to 218 x 26 x 31 cm, so locker space is rarely the constraint. Yachts over 50 m with higher transoms can add NautiBuoy's Triple Step, 60 cm of height in three 20 cm steps, available for 800-size platforms. For anything the standard grids don't cover, SeaRaft builds in any desired size.
Installation & Refit Integration
Inflatable platforms add guest space without boat modifications, so there's no yard time to book for a standard installation. Topsides stay protected: NautiBuoy uses only soft loops on the bottom and edges of the platform, and stability comes from a wave-laboratory-tested ballast system with four ballast bags positioned in each corner and a manual dump system for recovery.
When a platform should feel like part of the boat rather than an accessory, that's a refit conversation: SeaRaft engineers a fully custom platform around one vessel, matched to your transom geometry and toy inventory, with crew setup within 5 minutes once delivered. Mercer coordinates specification, ordering and delivery against your refit or yard window, and briefs crew on deployment when the unit arrives.
Service & Repair
Supply is the start, not the end. We provide repair kits, protective UV covers and storage bags for the platforms we sell, and wear items are designed to be renewed rather than replaced: the Yachtbeach synthetic leather Comfort Top, for example, is replaceable, so a tired deck surface doesn't mean a new platform. For damage beyond a patch kit, or seasonal checks before charter, contact the service desk and we'll route the job to the right brand workshop.
Indicative Pricing & Lead Times
Final price depends on size (square metres), material grade (drop-stitch PVC vs CSM Hypalon vs welded TPU), custom shape, brand, and add-ons (slides, ladders, integrated showers, mesh-floor pool inserts, custom branding). The bands below are indicative starting points. Request a line-item quote for a specific yacht configuration.

Why Choose Inflatable Platforms for Your Superyacht?
Inflatable platforms revolutionize superyacht water sports by creating dedicated entertainment infrastructure directly on the water. Unlike traditional deck-mounted facilities that consume valuable space, floating platforms turn the ocean itself into an extension of guest areas, instantly transforming any anchorage into a world-class recreational facility.
FoilDock and Searaft systems represent professional-grade solutions engineered specifically for the demands of superyacht operations. Premium materials ensure superior durability and safety, while modular designs enable configurations from intimate single-platform setups to expansive multi-section entertainment zones. Custom branding transforms platforms into branded guest experiences, while specialized dock configurations optimize launching and recovery of various water toys.
The operational advantages are substantial: minimal deck footprint, rapid deployment from tenders, adaptability to different water sports preferences, and year-round usability across global cruising grounds. Whether hosting day guests in protected anchorages, creating secure launching platforms for water sports activities, or establishing exclusive lounge spaces for private relaxation, inflatable platforms deliver the flexibility and premium experience that define modern superyacht hospitality.

Supplier Questions, Answered
Who supplies superyacht inflatable docks in the Mediterranean?
Mercer Yachting, a division of Ritz Marine Ltd in Malta, supplies superyacht inflatables across the Mediterranean. Ritz Marine is the dealer NautiBuoy Marine lists for Malta and Sicily on its own reseller network, and the desk also sources SeaRaft, Yachtbeach, FoilDock and FunAir. We deliver to Malta and key Med ports including Antibes, Palma, Barcelona, Genoa, Athens and Split.
Which inflatable dock brand fits a modular brief, and which fits a custom one?
The group behind both brands puts it plainly: NautiBuoy offers a modular system that adapts to different vessels, while SeaRaft delivers a fully custom platform engineered specifically around one vessel. Yachtbeach is the standardised modular option, with platforms from 2.05 m to 8.20 m that connect in L, T and H shapes. We'll tell you which brief you actually have before you spend.
What sizes and load capacities do superyacht inflatables come in?
NautiBuoy builds four sizes, from 2.5 x 1.5 m (410 kg max load) up to 4 x 2 m (700 kg max load), all 20 cm deep. Yachtbeach platforms run from 2.05 m to 8.20 m. SeaRaft builds in any desired size because every platform is custom. Load, guest count and locker space decide the size; send vessel particulars and we'll spec it.
How quickly can crew deploy an inflatable platform?
Fast. NautiBuoy platforms inflate to 250 mb in 1 minute 30 seconds to 3 minutes 30 seconds depending on size, and SeaRaft quotes setup within 5 minutes for its custom platforms. No boat modifications are needed for standard units.
Do you handle service and repair after supply?
Yes. We supply repair kits, protective UV covers and storage bags, and wear parts like the replaceable Yachtbeach Comfort Top deck surface. For repairs beyond a patch kit or pre-season checks, contact the desk and we'll route the work to the right brand workshop.
